Did it work on the app? I found instant upgrades to be more straightforward to confirm on the app.

Thanks, yes the app worked (after I figured out where to look).

Several issues for me this evening.

First, I was looking to book travel BTV-IAD on 2/17. I did a regular search first, and saw decent prices (Y for $147, F for $212). I figured, "Maybe the low F price means there's plenty of PZ space," and ran the same search but for PP-supported upgrades. The price for "Buy Y Upgrade to F" was suddenly over $500! It looked like United.com didn't think a W fare was eligible for a PP upgrade and was breaking it into E and U fares for a connecting itin, and E for a nonstop. Clearly that was wrong, so I just booked paid F regardless, and for the outbound, where I saw a similar issue, I booked in Y, then went to find the itin and manually apply PP.

Which brings me to problem #2. The itin didn't show up on my list of upcoming trips... I went from late January travel to April travel. I tried logging out and back in, no dice.

Where it did show up was under "Past Itineraries." No, I didn't use FFC to pay for it, so it made zero sense to me why it was showing under past itins. Same for the paid F flights--they were also showing up under my past itins.

Fortunately, I was able to go in on my phone and apply PP.

Finally, a separate itin has a schedule change showing. I keep trying to accept it, but it's still showing a schedule change. And I can't pick seats; it says seatmap unavailable (this is for an April trip), which seems to be because there's PP applied and waitlisted, and somehow that's confusing the record. This is the case with both my April itins at the moment, both of which show a schedule change, and both of which had upgrades waitlisted. United.com says there's a problem with the ticket sync and "your waitlist may need to be removed and reapplied" when I view it under my list of PP-pending itins.

Sounds like a good time to call in to reservatins.

Trying to access resos on chrome; website shows but instead of the tab populating with trips shows: "We’re unable to display trip information at this time." Tried incognito to see if this is an issue with ad blocker and still no dice. App seems to be working fine.

I am flying COS-ORD-MUC this Sunday. On the website it shows the name of the trip correctly but the departure and arrival times shown are the times for the COS-ORD leg, six hours ahead of local time. The flight leaves at 1:05PM mountain and arrives at ORD at 4:39PM central.

App is fine, and inside the reservation shows the correct times. No flights on the 737-9MAX. So weird.

They broke this a long time ago (over a year) and have no interest in fixing it apparently.

Same problem I was having the other day, where searching for a PP upgrade itin is showing higher prices to buy Y and upgrade than just to buy Y (which makes zero sense). For example:

It's not as big of a discrepancy as I was seeing the other day on an IAD-BTV trip (where the Y + PP cost was more than double, nearly triple, the cost of F outright!), but it's still wrong.

On domestic flights, there should be zero difference in cost for buying cheapest (non-BE) Y, and buying Y + PP upgrade.

Love quoting myself

United made lipstick on a pig changes to their homepage but this issue still persists and is in fact worse now. I go to United.com, change the destination city *and* change the dates and click 'Search'. It pukes and fails right back to the United.com home page with the dates completely blanked out again.

I hope they're losing millions by keeping this horrible website up & running.

Website, all reservations are US EST +6 hours. Looks just plain weird.

Is UA German? It's not even UTC

Yep. I had a minor panic attack when I saw some of my upcoming res until I drilled into the reservations themselves and saw the correct times.

Very odd that it's defaulting to GMT+1, with no apparent way to change it in preferences.

I'm still seeing GMT+1 on my side, on the home page. (Clicking into the itinerary shows the correct flight times).
