When I log in, I get a banner across the top saying "You can't sign in on united.com at this time, but you can still shop and use the site. Or, you can use the United app while we work to fix the issue."
Yet I am logged in, viewing my account, and flight searches come back fine...

Has anyone had an issue where there is a disparity between UA's website reporting of Plus Point Upgrade Availability (PZ>0) and what customer service reports?
Twice, yesterday and today, I go and check and it shows availability (UA929 4/22). Twice, I go on the chat and ask them to confirm and I'm told there is no availability.
I've usually book through the web but you can't do a change online without losing your confirmed upgrade on the return leg. Thus it has to be done manually.
I usually like to use chat vs phone because I can spell things out in words and read what they say in very clear terms and have some record of it.
I could chance it and ask them to just do the change and apply the PP myself, but I think I'm just asking for trouble risking that if they are telling me it isnt available.

Anyone else unable apply travel credits to a reservation?
You can select them but the funds don't credit to the fare and it tells you they'll send you a new credit for the same amount as the original credit once you complete your purchase.

I just logged in no issues -- but I have had this happen when the cookie gets corrupted -- try deleting all of the UA temp files / cookies and try again....
