I received my 1k kit. The new 1k number is the same as the PMUA 1k number.

I have now used TWO PMUA e-certs today NO issues.

If you enter the info at the above link it will validate the ecert and direct drop it in if you want to do a booking right there.

used it yesterday -- worked fine. If you print a temp 1K card, that is the number that shows.

Thanks. My last phone call to CO/UA was on Friday and I'll need to call today or tomorrow to change an award ticket.

Need help with upgrade Shannon

Shannon you are right upgrades are running but no one that checked in got upgraded. I was number 2 on the upgrade list but since I was checked in along with others names that were not even on the list got upgraded. Can you confirm someone is looking at this. My flight is 1606 tomorrow from San to Iah at 825am. 4 people have been upgraded ahead of me and I am still number 2.

I think its great they got some members correct, but a 50 page thread of issues speaks for itself.

When can we expect to see the United recent activity actually showing United recent activity ??

However, today I was unable to log in, with the new website claiming that my account/pin was incorrect. I tried a couple of more times to get in only to be greeted with the message that my "account is now locked for security purposes". NOT looking forward to hours on hold, but I do need to access my account.

Lower hold times

Earlier this morning, I tried calling the 1K number to fix a reservation resync issue but the hold time was very long so I eventually gave up. I tried again about 15 minutes ago and was able to get through after two attempts -- the first time the system disconnected me. In my second attempt, I waited less than one minute for an agent to pick up. She did not seem to know what to do about the issue so I was put on hold for about five minutes so she could seek assistance.

All in all, the delay was not bad at all so anyone who has been unable to get through might wish to try again.

I am flying HNL-ORD-DCA on March 7th and applied for an upgrade using an RPU. Of course ORD-DCA cleared, still waiting on HNL-ORD. It still says waitlisted for "ON" class. Now that the upgrades are processing, do I still need to call and get that fixed so the upgrade will clear?

Thanks for any insight.

Same problem for me today. I'm glad I was able to do a 24 hour cancel and re-book last night, or I would be totally boned today.
