Lower hold times

Earlier this morning, I tried calling the 1K number to fix a reservation resync issue but the hold time was very long so I eventually gave up. I tried again about 15 minutes ago and was able to get through after two attempts -- the first time the system disconnected me. In my second attempt, I waited less than one minute for an agent to pick up. She did not seem to know what to do about the issue so I was put on hold for about five minutes so she could seek assistance.

All in all, the delay was not bad at all so anyone who has been unable to get through might wish to try again.
