I keep getting problems with the Fares/ZUJ.

Always the same error:

"Unable to retrieve fares:

"Please check the dates you have entered".

Obviously one does not enter dates in there, so what is going wrong?

There appears to be a Feb-Mar date switchover bug in the [Fares/ZUJ] engine. This problem should be resolved shortly. In the meantime, please use the [Sabre: Fares/DotRes] Method.

Please note that the [Sabre: Fares/DotRes] Method date issue has now been resolved.

Now that US is using SHARES when will we be able to use the PNR feature again?

Before the merger, US used to use Sabre and you could access those PNR using the PNR manager feature.

Unfortunately, the [idiotic] decision by US to switch to SHARES (see the excellent post by INTSecrets at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=662436) means, among other things, that you will not be able to see directly-booked US PNRs using any publicly-available service.

Bummer :td:

Is there any way to see U availability on KVS? I'm trying to book my wife a B-class ticket from NRT-DTW and can't find a way to determine availability for a 30,000-mile one-way upgrade on the first leg.

A link to the new thread on estimating [NWA International UG availability using KVS] has now been added to the FAQ -- thanks avidflyer ^.
