As per the announcement, posted on the Tool's homepage:
[Apollo-ITN] Method is currently unavailable

In the meantime, Gold/Platinum-tier users should switch to [WSpan: ITN], [Sabre: ITN], or [Galileo] to ensure uninterrupted access. Further information for Lite-tier users will be posted as it becomes available.

Galileo graphical & text seat maps continue to be available to Platinum-tier users throughout this 'outage'.

P.S. Please refrain from flaming in this thread.

P.P.S.

Do you know if this is likely to be temporary or permenant?

Thanks,

The Bell Mobility Apollo ITN interface is gone forever. This was, most likely, caused by unsustainable traffic from a number of publicly-available 'services' that did not limit the number of users, and/or someone trying to submit a booking (see the warning I posted at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showt...80#post7172580 in Feb) ...

In any case, I have found a new replacement source, and an updated version of the KVS Tool has just been published.

Hello KVS.

I simply wished to thank you for resolving the recent problem with Apollo so quickly, by immediately releasing version 2.8.1.

By the way, you'll probably remember my message # 1180 (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showp...ostcount=1180), where I reported a minor issue with Apollo; I could no longer read the flight duration of a specific segment by right-clicking on it.

Now, with version 2.8.1, the flight duration for every single segment is available again in Apollo!

Your customer support is excellent, and my appreciation is genuine and, above all, totally UNBIASED. In fact, besides being a Platinum user of the Tool, I am also a Premium member of "another service" (I won't mention its name here, because I don't want to advertise anyone) and, on many occasions, I've found both products (yours and that of the other company) great and complementary to each other.

Thanks so much again, and keep up the good work!

Regards

It is still possible to submit bookings through the ITN axcorpvacations that you can to when you use the online tool with Sabre? If not, do you know of alternative sites with the same interface?

Cheers

I am not aware of any active site that still uses this interface for processing bookings ...

Considering this tool, as Platinum, which looks great for my everyday flying. Today, however, particularly interested in award availability and seating maps for SQ. Will it support either or both of these?

Thanks
Steve

Yes, SQ seat maps are supported at the Platinum level (except for the Economy cabin, as SQ does not provide advance seat assignments in that class).

Award availability is closely guarded by SQ and is not available via this or any other Tool/service that I am aware of ...

Please note the short absence alert that has been posted on the Tool's homepage: http://kvs.unrealnetwork.com/Tool/

One more-- I'm learning to ask. Compatible with Windows Vista?
