This is the same for whichever graphical type I select except "Worldspan: TravelASP-Graphical" is greyed out. I have a platinum copy of KVS.

Do you know what the problem is?

Galileo Graphical has Java error above & Worldspan graphical is greyed out

There is currently a Java compatibility issue between the Galileo: Graphical seat map option and Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you have another browser installed (e.g. FireFox, Netscape, Opera), you should set it as your default browser in order for the Galileo: Graphical seat maps to work.

The Worldspan - Graphical seat map option is only available for a very limited number of airlines. In all other cases, please use one of the remaining seat map options: Apollo: Graphical, Apollo: Text, Galileo: Graphical, Galileo: Text, or Worldspan - Text.

I have tried using Netscape and Firefox - I don't use IE. Same result, applet not loading. Does it really matter which one we use? Don't they all reflect the US count of assigned seats and not the actual number for sale that KVS shows?

That's odd -- the [Galileo: Graphical] seat maps feature has been tested with a number of browsers, and it worked with all of them (except MSIE, as previously mentioned).

Unfortunately I do not have a resolution for the Java Applet issue at this time, so, in the meantime, please use one of the remaining 4 seat map options ...

While trying to find the post with instructions on how to insert a screen shot, I came across your "screen shots" of Galileo AC. Just for the heck of it, I tried it on an AC flight. Works fine. Apparently it doesn't work for US Air.
Did I miss something that informed me it was on;y for specific airlines?

The Galileo Seat Map option supports virtually all airlines worldwide, and it appears that US is the only carrier so far that it is unable to show seat maps for.

Thanks for the info -- the Tool will display an appropriate error message as of the next update.

Now I don't feel so inept! :)

I don't think I can use KVS because I am on a Mac. Does anyone know -- as a one-time check for me -- if there is NF upgrade availability on UAL SFO-SYD (#863) for anytime March 13-16, 2008?

Thank you,

KVS Tool cannot display UA's upgrade booking classes at the moment.

However, to answer your question, UA 863 is currently NF3 on 13 Mar, NF 0 on 14 Mar, NF2 on 15 Mar, and NF3 on 16 Mar.

Soon to be *A partners, FM and CA are showing O I X availability. I know for sure on CA O I X are award seats but I'm not sure if FM has adopted it yet.

Thx for the info -- I have added CA info the table in the FAQ. If you are able to confirm FM's award/upgrade booking classes, pls let me know.

Not at the moment (it used to in the past).

Nevertheless, I continue to look for ways of adding such functionality ...

Cannot seem to retrieve PNRs

Hello KVS,

First of all, thanks for a wonderful tool!

Now to the issue: I cannot seem to be able to retrieve any PNR. I have two reservations with CO (made on co.com, which I understand might be the reason why I can't see them) and one with UA/NZ made through Orbitz (the mistake C fare) which I also fail to see! Any ideas?

I searched the thread for similar issues, but you cannot search for PNR (the three letter rule) and I did not see any similar issues while searching for Orbitz)

Thanks!

E.

P.S.: I should add that I also cannot see the sample PNRs provided near the beginning of this thread...

E.

KVS, can you tap into an AC booking (if possible) to review your online AC.com booked reservation? Thanks, PC
