Searches currently not working:
- Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
- Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS
To search AA upgrades:
- Use the Award & Upgrade tool
- Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
- To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

Seat map problems -
CX - not showing blocked seats - everything is occupied
QF - not showing dynamic (theoretical) seating after entered FFP with status - i.e. seats not showing as available but blocked, but is actually available to the passenger due to status (verified by checking seat map on QF website and app)

Ugh, they are trying to roll the new stuff out again. Same issues as last time, what I have reported multiple times has still not been fixed. Guess they really don’t care.

Wiki Needs Updating
ExpertFlyer Voice , since you are around and active, I would suggest that you edit the Wiki that says that there is no customer support offered by EF. That is obviously now incorrect. I'd change it myself, but I thought you might want to be your own "voice."

I have had a flight alert saved for several months looking for at least 1 availability of a particular fare class. I just happened to check manually today and there was availability! My alert never fired. Now I wonder how many other of my alerts haven't fired. There was a schedule change since creating the alert, but the day, flight number, and fare class I wanted to be alerted on stayed the same.

So given the first rollout of the 'new' mobile experience was a complete disaster and the website still says in salmon-colored background "A new and improved mobile web experience is coming in the next few days", when exactly do we expect the updated interface? If the new pages aren't coming soon, please get rid of the banner that has to load on every single page (it's annoying).

Some functional inconsistencies:
In Flight Availability Search, sometimes selecting Direct/Non-Stop only will still show connecting itineraries:


But other times it will correctly show just the non-stops:
