- Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
- Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS
To search AA upgrades:
- Use the Award & Upgrade tool
- Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
- To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

They need to roll back these changes. Horrible. There is no much wrong here, I don't even know where to start. Some of these errors were reported during UAT ... guess EF simply doesn't care?

I can get back in to the www on mobile and desktop. 
The Seat Alerts app for iPhone won't login - the login button doesn't seem to work. This happened sometime last year - a forced logout and then not being able to log back in. At least the www is working again, and thanks for that.

I can login now which is good but selecting a seat map search for BA with Business and Economy at the same time only returns one cabin class so you have to look at them individually. I wouldn’t describe this as an improvement.

Is there a way to make the new interface a bit less loose? When you view multiple flights, it takes the whole page.
Also, timetable filtering seems broken. When i uncheck the "show codeshares" all flights disappear.

Update: Our team fixed an issue reported earlier where after you logged in you would be redirected to the homepage. We are now working on the "Wrong email or password" some of you are reporting when you try to use your existing credentials. Will report back once we have more details.

Its now forcing me into the new skin, but all saved queries and saved alerts have gone. They were all there as at 14:00 Zulu, so between then and now (17:55 Zulu) something happened.
