The requested information could not be retrieved or is not available. This is likely due to invalid input criteria or lack of access to the information from the airline. Please revise the search parameters and try again.

Same with ME, just within 24 hours to departure.

Thanks. We're experiencing issues displaying seat maps within 24 hours of departure time across several airlines. We're working with our GDS partners to resolve and will share an ETA as soon as we have it. Either way will post an update by end of day.

Dear ExpertFlyer Voice ,
I wanted to follow up regarding your message from April about restoring TK inventory & seat maps. Do you happen to have any updates?
Many thanks.

Yes, please let us know if there is any progress, especially since Expertflyer.com still shows 'TK flight availability and tons of perks'.

Quick update on this issue: we're still working through this with our GDS partners and don't have an ETA yet. We will post another update by eod tomorrow or when we have a resolution, whatever comes first.

End of day update: still working on this with the GDS partners. Given that we don't have an ETA yet we will post another update by EOD Thursday or once this is resolved, whatever comes first.

Thank you! And TK fares are already in EF available via a workaround - can we make life easier to less experienced people by making TK fares easily available via a simple search query by chance?

ExpertFlyer Voice , is there some logic in the new website that causes the page to invalidate and the browser to refresh after a brief period of time? I've noticed that when I go back to an open EF tab in my mobile browser (Chrome/Android), the page always seems to refresh. And today I was in the middle of setting up a seat alert, and left it sitting there for a few minutes while I was looking up information on another device, and the page refreshed on its own and lost my edits to the alert settings.

Should not be. Will DM you to get more details. Thanks for flagging!

Update: our GDS partners have confirmed that certain airlines are restricting access to seat maps for same-day departures (in some cases we've seen this for departures within the next 24 hours). So far the affected airlines are: BA, JL, DL, QR, ANA, CX, SQ, & AA (AA seems to be same-day only). If you've seen this for any other airline please reach out to our support team or reply on this thread. We'll update our error messages across the site for the affected airlines.

In the meantime, we're considering displaying our last available seat map (ie 24 hours before departure). We would clearly label when this is the case.

ExpertFlyer Voice , just a quick note to say unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my Premium subscription. It’s purely because I mostly fly Turkish Airlines and still can’t access TK seat maps and related features. I really appreciate all the ongoing effort from the ExpertFlyer team, and I know this isn’t for lack of trying. Once TK is back, I’ll happily re-subscribe. Thanks again for all you do for this community.

Sorry to hear but appreciate the note. We'll be sure to notify the group when we get TK data back!

DE starting ~40ish hours prior to departure
LH starting ~48ish hours prior to departure for Eco and Premium Eco (if I recall correctly, LX was similar).

Is this fixable? The 24 hours before a flight are when the seat maps are most volatile and therefore the tool is the most usable.

Is there any way around this? Seat maps are most valuable in the last 24 hours before departure when people want to see upgrade chances, whether anyone will be next to you etc. If this is no longer available then it’s a bit of an issue :(
