ExpertFlyer Voice , I’ve just logged onto the new website and noticed that all of my previous paid invoices have disappeared. Under “My Account” > “Subscription”, there’s no longer any option to view, download or print invoices for past payments.

I urgently need access to these invoices for tax compliance, as my tax deadline falls at the end of this month and I am legally required to provide supporting documentation. Could you please advise how I can now access and print my past invoices? If this functionality has been removed, it’s a significant issue, as providing access to invoices is not only necessary for customers but also a legal obligation in most jurisdictions.

I see some of you are reporting a double login issue - we hear you. Just wanted to clarify that this is actually expected right now. We're doing a gradual migration to make sure the new app is ready for all our users, so while everyone logs into the new app first, some of you will get bounced back to the old system and need to log in again there. It's temporary while we complete the rollout - once you're fully migrated over, it'll be back to single login.

Sorry for the confusion and thanks for bearing with us during the transition!

UI changed again in the past couple hours... seeing a different interface (new I guess). However, there appears to be some significant database migration issues...
I now have ZERO flight alerts - all GONE
My saved searches for flight availability have a TON of old/outdated entries that I had previously removed months ago and/or are past the travel date. Its a mess.

Agree - the spacing in general for everything on the new website is also much larger - more white/empty/wasted space and results in more scrolling or looking around to see the information.
Seems to be a common trend of website UI over the past year - make it all bigger and that means its better right?

One thing I like on the website is the color differentiation for fare buckets that are available(green) vs zeroed (black).

But... I want my SAVED ALERTS BACK, and my SAVED QUERIES to not be a merged mess of old stuff that I removed months ago with my current saved searches.

EDIT: Also noticed that my saved queries are now set to 'exclude codeshares' which I never selected and I absolutely want/need for my international trips. Why was this changed?

Not Ready for Production Yet
 
Here are several issues with the new "experience" that need to be fixed before a broader rollout:
  1. My saved "Flight Availability" dropdown is a mess. First, it's not sorted in any logical way. Second, it contains countless deleted or outdated searches some from years ago!
  2. The "Connection Preference" setting for all my saved searches has been lost and reset to the "Any" default. Most of my searches were saved as "Direct/Non-Stop Only" but now all of my searches return connections.
  3. Similarly, all of my "Saved Queries" have lost the multi-day search preference defaulting to "Exact date" in both directions. Most of my searches were saved as "+/- 3 days" but now only return a single day.
  4. Inability to edit saved searches. After clicking "View All Saved Queries" the option to "Edit" the query is missing with only a magnifying glass to "execute" or a checkbox to "delete" any given query.
  5. Many of my "Saved Queries" result in no data being returned in the "Available Classes" column producing an empty white box instead of fare classes and numerical availability.
  6. My date format setting of "YY/MM/DD" is being ignored with dates in the new email alerts printed as "DD/MM/YY" causing significant confusion (particularly since you don't use 4-digit years!).
Fortunately, I'm seeing the old experience again which is great. Please fix the above before flipping me or others back to the new one!

Hey everyone - as some of you know yesterday we began a phased rollout of several updates to our experience. This was released to ~5% of users. We've rolled back to our original experience after identifying several issues that we need to fix before a wider release. Thank you to everyone who posted here and wrote in reporting bugs.

iPhone app now logs in ok for me. :tu:

The roll back means all my alerts / queries are back as setup, and not missing / changed from when created. :tu:

Personally I found the new skin harder to use and preferred the older version which presented data more efficiently, in 1 screen, and involved less scrolling and tab selection.

That’s a planned BA system issue - they removed from sale all classes other than fully flex. Lots of words, that said little, in their (limited circulation) announcement,

Is access to the new experience still available to beta testers? I notice the Skyline domain has been pulled down.
