I'm very excited to see that TK inventory has reappeared in ExpertFlyer, but it looks like TK seatmaps are still not appearing. ExpertFlyer Voice could you please investigate if there's something that can be done to fix it on the ExpertFlyer side?

Can you double-check please? Should be fixed now!

Congratulations

I just wanted to congratulate the Expert Flyer team on the rollout of the new mobile user interface. Yes there are teething issues reported above, but that EF is getting any development focus is a huge win for all of us that enjoy, and depend on, the service as much as we do.

I looked back at my account billing history. Apparently I have been a member since 2007, how time flies. I may not be as frequent a flyer as I once was, but I still find EF useful enough to maintain membership, 18 years and counting, Wow!

DAK.

For what flight? We're currently not receiving seat map data for BA for flights that are departing in the next 24 hours. Hope to have an update on whether or not we will be able to get this data back soon.

Newbie question - Award Search / Availability alerts

Probably already answered but asking here after spending a good bit of time reading the search results. Apologies in advance.
Have a full subscription and looking for a business class award on American from SFO to DOH on December 15th. I know how to search for it. Having trouble trying to sort out how to set availability alerts..
If I simply want to setup an alert with just the above parameters, is that possible? Seems like I need to specify actual flight numbers either by looking them up in the search or creating individual alerts from the results page (including at a segment level). Am I missing something or this is how EF works?

Great question. Assuming you're looking for C space on AA you can check out this video which walks through how to create an alert. If we misunderstood let us know and we can walk you through it! Video link:

Honest answer is we don't know yet. We are looking into several alternatives. Will post an update about this next week at the latest.

Hey everyone - we are still looking into solutions for this but unfortunately does not look like it will be a quick one given the airlines' restrictions. We will update once we have a clear timeline.

I'm looking for "U" space on AA. Any U space on that day, not necessarily on a particular flight or time. Based on everything I have seen/tried, it looks like there is no simple alert option for that. I have to search and pick flights and set alerts for each segment or know the flight numbers for each of the possible flights for that day between point A and point B and set alerts. This is what I'm trying to confirm. Thanks!

Looking for flight availability, and EF is reporting J7, yet the seatmap is showing only 6 available seats.
Looking at another flight on the same day, and EF is reporting J6, yet the seatmap is only showing 5 available seats.
Any ideas on why the discrepancy?

Flights: DOH-JRO on 2-JUL. QR1499 and QR1476.

You would need to set an alert for each routing for an origin-destination pair, not each segment. If this is to add to a partner award, the entire route would need to be available in T or U, which is different than each segment being available independently in T or U. Also, the connection time between the arrival of the positioning itinerary and the departure of the partner award flight needs to be within 24 hours. Easiest to set the alerts by clicking the ! icon for each route on the Award and Upgrade Availability Results page.

Overbooking.

I noticed the same on a number of flights: ZRH-JFK in First and also other connections. I can hardly believe it is caused by intentional overbooking.
