My renewal went through this month and for the first time I've been charged "value added tax" (at the correct rate for digital supplies to my country of residence, Germany).
Just posting so that others based in the EU are ready for a higher charge than they've seen in the past. |

P.S. I just tested this by setting an alert on my own seat, changing it, and starting a timer. It was 11 hours before the alert arrived! This is for a flight 10 days away. This is worse performance than I expected for a service I pay for. 11 hours seems like a pretty low frequency for a flight coming up so soon. |

BA Availability
ExpertFlyer Voice Do you have any planned fixes for BA upgrades/awards? It's been sorely missed for a long time. If it's possible, I suggest adding point of sale too. BA has separate availability for different account's country. Thanks a mil!

Unfortunately not 100% up to us. BA does not make this type of data available anymore. Will DM regarding POS.

So I tried submitting feedback for the beta through the feedback button (which I've done a few times before but never heard anything back) and today the submit button on the feedback screen doesn't seem to do anything. I can only cancel it. I m am on my phone. So here's my feedback from today.
I did a schedule search BOS-ORF and checked the 7 day box for direct flights only. I see two issues here:
