Is there any way around this? Seat maps are most valuable in the last 24 hours before departure when people want to see upgrade chances, whether anyone will be next to you etc. If this is no longer available then it’s a bit of an issue :(

Ryanair doesn't overly care as their overall structure is different (+ Ryanair's seatmaps cannot almost anonymously be accessed through the GDS). |
HA nonrevs depend on ExpertFlyer as they block all seats before departure. Recently, any flights within 48 hours have not been viewable on ExpertFlyer. When will the seat map function be back for Hawaiian?

Are there problems with data for AA within 24 hours? Wife has a flight in a few hours, and Flight Availability is showing J1, but the AA app has her at #1 with 5 seats available. Seatmap is showing 5 open seats in J (which I am aware may not match how many J seats are listed in the Flight Availability section)

Was the MCT lookup function removed? I can’t for the life of me find it. I think it used to be in the Travel Information section but it’s not there anymore:

New website interface just changed in the past hour - BROKEN
I was logged in and using the old interface just fine. Now the new one comes up and can't log in - says invalid username or password. Seriously?! :mad: |

Yep, I am in the same situation. I was using the site and then it kicked me out and now getting a new interface that will not let me do anything beyond the homepage.

Managed to reset my password and tried to log in... it accepts my username/password but does NOTHING. Just goes back to the homepage. Click 'sign in' again and nothing happens, just refreshes the homepage.
Can't actually USE the service now! ENTIRELY BROKEN!!! Did anybody test this? This is absurd. I have a bunch of flights and alerts I'm watching and can't do anything. :td::mad::rolleyes::td: |
I’m also in an Auth loop of death. New site told me password failed. I reset it. Then it kicked me into the old site. And the new reset password doesn’t work.
