What a mess this has turned out to be. Weird colors. Way too much spacing in seat maps and frankly everywhere. Why does every site think newer is better and that bigger (or smaller in cases) font and more spacing is better.
How about a link to the classic site, which most of us have used and liked for 15+ years? If it ain't broke, don't fix it! |
Is there no longer a mobile version of the site?
|
Is there any temporary link to the old version of the website? While the kinks are being ironed out with the new one...?

The new UI looks great, but it seems that the search for dates is now limited to 11 months instead of 12 months. I got a subscription purely for new award availability up to 12 months from now, but now I can't see new availability unfortunately. Is this an oversight? Could this be fixed please?

Hey everyone - wanted to add some more context on today’s release. In addition to the UI changes, we’ve also made countless backend improvements that are not visible.
Based on your feedback we tried to keep the experience on desktop as close to the old version as possible. We will keep iterating to improve the spacing / font issues that have been posted. Even though the site looks similar, the tech behind it is much faster, more modern, and more secure. This will enable our team to release updates at a much faster rate than in the past and was a necessary step to continue to improve the product. We appreciate everyone’s feedback. We hear you and are acting on it. Please keep it coming. |
ExpertFlyer Voice Why did you folks, once again, release this “new” experience without addressing well-known bugs? I’ve taken the time to send in detailed bug reports (both in this FT thread as well as directly to [email protected]) over the last several weeks. Others here have confirmed these bugs are widespread and persistent. For example:

Fare results display
1) Font size too small for results -- maybe revert back to the originally sized icons at the far right, which were appropriately sized. 2) Fare rules do not display any of the rules. 3) Overall: the use of multiple fonts and sizes makes a very visually chaotic theme. 4) Data inputs should just be stacked, as previously. As with the "new" ITA Matrix, data input is much cleaner and intuitive when inout boxes are just stacked, rather than going horiz and vertical. The original EF GUI was great! Please don't change it. |
Currently the flight availability search function seems to be broken - I get a spinning icon with 'Loading results...' for several minutes and either nothing happens, or it returns results after ~5 min.
|
Am I missing something, I cannot get historical fares to work. The ticket date calendar is today or a date in the future?

BTW: "Rate Limit Exceeded" isn't very helpful either :( |
Same. While trawling through all my saved seat map queries to fix them, site starts to show "Rate Limit Exceeded".
Also: some seat queries showing "Coach" while some show "Business, Economy" as I selected. |

So no mobile function anymore?
