- if you already have planned travel, consider buying up (in advance, not at check in) for 50% MQM bonus and more flexible same-day-confirmed options which are another way to increase MQMs
- Hilton 250 MQMs per stay of 2 nights or more

Dec 29 - 31, China Eastern, LAX-SIN, $915/$1029, about 20,000 MQMs, the lower price fare departs LAX at 12:05am while the higher price fare departs at 11:30am, arrives back at LAX at 5pm on Dec. 31, bookable on Expedia

However, I can get you to NYC for $506, Dec 27 - 30, HSV-ATL-HPN-ATL-HSV (E) 2560 MQM - note, that is still 40 MQM short of your 2600 requirement.

Dec 9, DCA-ANC, $559, about 6880 MQMs, 1 hour in ANC, get back to DCA mid-morning on 10th; several dates next week (9, 10, 11) with similar prices; also from various WAS area airports
Dec 9, DCA-OGG, $577, about 9800 MQMs, 1.5 hours in OGG, get back to DCA mid-afternoon on 10th, departures available on Dec 9 or 10 from BWI or DCA at the lowest prices

I only had 6 mo to get to Gold on Delta due to my move/new job/switching airlines and I would have made it but my SEA>SYD business trip ended up on AA for scheduling reasons. I do currently have Delta Gold thanks to my status match though.
Anyway, I'm 13,143 MQM short to get Gold for 2020 but have reached my MQD requirement. I do have to go to NYC on the 27th but not returning until 1/4 so will only get 2400 MQM out of that.
Wondering if I should just *cheat* and buy the 12,500 Delta MQM for $1599 at this point as I don't have many days available between now and my NYC trip. But I'm open to suggestions and any advice you may have.
