Does anyone know if it is possible to have a middle initial added to my name on previously ticketed reservations?
I just called to have it added to my OnePass account, but it does not seem to have changed anything with my existing reservations. |

Now having dispensed with the formalities - I thought the Hilton in HKT was amazing. Granted, we were there a few months after the tsunami, so not everything was up to speed.
I also highly recommend at least a couple days at www.ppisland.com That's all I've got. |

Unable to Complete Check-in Your reservation requires special handling. Please check in at an airport kiosk. EDIT: After 2 calls, I found an agent that was willing to add a middle initial to my reservation. Unfortunately, I am still unable to check in. :( |

Ah, my mistake. Be sure to buy a parka before it hits the 50s in January. :D

Seems like no one is. Two new threads about it already today. Glad I'm grounded today...
The piece that bugs me the most is that DHS seems to be taking their sweet time resolving the issue. |

I was able to check my S/O in, so it's not a CO.com issue. My problems with checking in online have been going on for a few months now because someone with my name (different birthday) has made it on to the no fly list.

I told you to change your FT handle to sssssssssdm1130 :D
To reflect secondary screening I'm tired of not being able to see where I am on the upgrade list until I get to the airport, waiting in line at kiosks, getting frisked by TSA and having my bags completely unpacked. |

:D I would, but I refuse to accept that this will be a regular occurrence for much longer.

Question for the Box:
Since I'm grounded at home, I was looking into a possible trip next year to AUH to visit a friend. CO.com can only give me a coach price (it says there are no available flights with BusinessFirst). NWA.com gives me plenty of choices (and some of the same flights co.com gives me. My question is if I book a flight on nw.com - can I get CO Plat benefits? (I see the earnings chart on co.com for NW flights, so I'll be sure to book in a class that gets 100% of everything). Maybe more importantly, can I use OnePass miles to upgrade? I doubt it, but I thought I'd ask if any of you have tried this. Bored in Cleveland... |

Will this be a problem for BRU ?
Hopefully DHS can resolve this and clear my name before January... |
