My fiancee and I have decided against a limo. No stretch Lincoln, no Rolls, not even a horse and buggy. We are driving ourselves in an exotic of some sort. Friend of my mother has a Viper I could possibly use, my mentor has a Z06, or worst case there's always an exotic rental shop.

I drank too much immediately prior to the wedding to feel like it would be a good idea to drive after. Not so much that I was drunk but enough that it would have been a bad idea. Plus we had the ceremony and reception in the same place so there really wasn't anywhere to go. But I wouldn't have gone that route.

Our two locations (confirmed church and unconfirmed but shortlisted venue) are about a half hour apart, so there would be value for us in such an arrangement. I don't see myself drinking...everyone probably says that.

Haha - no, those stayed at home in the closet. Adding to the joke, someone even threw a 75th anniversary napkin in to the mix!

Not missing relevance to the nut Giant fans who realize that was the turning point from "fifteen years of lousy football."
For our wedding we had a party bus. We had a lot of trekking to do so it worked out well enough. For the drive from the church to reception we had a fancy white car (old tyme Bentley, I think) which is a story in an of itself. :-: |
