In other news, if I'm going to fly the same route next year 40 or so times, do I have any leverage to negotiate directly with CO (or any other airline)? What dept. would I contact regarding that?

Teh Mom sez that CO Sales would tell you Is Not Possible. They care a lot more about 40 seats one one flight than one seat on 40 roundtrips.

The hotel in Versailles, FR has two Gordon Ramsay restaurants. Looks like I'll eat at one but the stupid reservation website says reservation for 1 Is Not Possible.

Yeah, I know. But if it's a guaranteed rev. stream for them on, probably, the most competitive route in the system, I wonder if they'd still :rolleyes: at me.

My passport has an odd pattern of stamps (but my trips to Canada pre-date stamps).

The menu pricing didn't look too obscene, and the flight's a simple award redemption. I've never been to a Ramsay restaurant.

Versailles is December 28 - a day trip from the PH Paris Vendome. Aside from hotel, I tend to make up schedules on the fly.
