I've yet to come across one that didn't still have the coupon in there, so you should have no problem getting in on your first segment. It's in the top right corner of a page on the right side - lots of red and yellow in the ad so it's pretty easy to spot.

And that is as a PIT-based business traveler who did nearly 1 million miles in 6 years on US. They were once great for Chairman's Preferred - always and upgrade for me & my traveling companion, and no flight ever sold out for CP.

I'm about 35K, should add close to 9,000 (including EQM X 2 that mnmag told me about) with a trip next week. I also signed up for the Mileathon, though I don't think those miles count. May need a MR toward the end of the month to get over 50K.
