i hear spam with tabasco is a big thing out on the islands. soy sauce (I use Aloha brand and that's the main one they use in Hawaii) water, half and half with the soy sauce rice vinegar, a few shakes of the bottle sugar, about 1 tablespoon I don't add vinegar to my rice but I do use a medium grain rice. |

someone told me the secret to drink tequila if ever required for some reason, suck on a lemon for a long time and salt right with the drink, you won't taste much as you temp killed the tastebuds. That stuff is terrible. it can however make a mean fajita marinade! |
