First day at a new client. No computer for me to use and I have no idea what I'm actually doing here. Should be interesting.

Sounds like a fun day!

Try doing something like...oh, the ab plank...with a stopwatch and you will see that 30 seconds can, indeed, be an eternity.

Welcome to the 1 milestone club! I just joined last week after ~450 Box posts.

Good Morning, Box.

I'm back in Casa de Triscuit working on a charter for a new project. The upside to working at said casa is that it's driveable - I get home every night to see the lovely Mrs. bdjohns1 and the cute little Miss bdjohns1. The downside is that 1K status I made isn't going to get too much use. Based on my planned travel for the year, I may fall all the way back to GM.

Doesn't UA have a soft landing policy?

Doesn't UA still do soft landings?

Morning box. Just arrived back into EWR from MSP. Overnighted in MSP airport on lie flat CO gate seats. Only had 5 hrs after UA flight returned me to MSP so did not see the point in schlepping to a hotel for a few hours. MsP airport is very pleasant to overnight in!

Did anyone see that our very own baglady was quoted in USA today airport section? Quote: "i've found that passports are being looked at a bit more carefully". This was after her NRT flight last week.

I am just freshening up in the A terminal Presidents Club and then I am off to get the train home. Looking forward to a shower!

Managed to get a computer but it isn't connected to their network. Baby steps. Good thing they don't have a very pressing time line for this project. Oh, wait...
