If I weren't working 12 hour days that required coherence at both ends I'd find a way to make it happen up there but the current schedule is rather unforgiving, especially as I try to cultivate a new client.

I am waiting for one to get cold in freezer. I was irresponsible and did not chill one or two for tonight... :(

I was irresponsible by (a) not having Gatorade in my fridge tonight for after my workout and (b) using the last of my icecubes to have water afterwards.

Thus, I need to wait till the ice freezes for Woodford on the rocks.

Oh, I've had multiple days in 2010 involving a full bottle of wine and then Woodford.

It was a balmy 30 today. Spring weather for us in the tundra.

I injured myself with my post New Years first workout (resolution to lose weight), so fortunately I haven't had that problem.

A calorie is defined as the amount of energy to heat 1 gram of water 1 degree C. Accordingly, to lose weight, I have added ice to my whiskey.

In the hotel in OKC for the night. After driving all the way down here I recalled I forgot my netbook plug. I was able to get a replacement at WalMart!!

According to Mythbusters, you can chill a beer quicker by putting it in a container of ice and salt water (since the freezing point of salt water is something like 28 degrees it gets colder than a freezer) @:-)

Sounds like a good reason to drink cold beverages :cool:

Did 3 miles on the elliptical tonight and another 3 on the bike. Not a bad workout.

Wool is a rarity in these parts. I have one wool sweater and it's coming with me.

I found some at the Target on I-10 and Sawyer. It's on an endcap at the back of the soda section.

Packed them. I'm bringing four sweaters which I feel is overkill, then again, I'm a sissy.

One of our fellow FTers (friend of CO and friend of SkyTeam USA) has suggested donations to the American Red Cross to help with disasters domestically and abroad (e.g. Haiti). SkyTeam USA allows the donation of 1,000 or more miles, if anyone has orphaned miles. I've donated via e-mail and asked SkyTeam USA to match.

I have decided that at least some of our culinary choices while in SFO will be based on the FlavortownUSA blog. I want to eat someplace that has been on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. :-:
