Depending upon weight and ability to monitor one's diet strictly WRT fats, I had great success with Alli (FSA eligible). ConciergeMike and monitor are among the group who've seen me before and after the 30 pounds lost in the matter of months. I've been off the pills a few months (due to holidays) but maintained through the holidays / travel and will be starting back up shortly.

In the hotel in OKC for the night. After driving all the way down here I recalled I forgot my netbook plug. I was able to get a replacement at WalMart!!

I had to get a laptop plug (expensive Dell) back from AF after leaving it on AF028

Of course, one really nice Sheraton in the system is leaving.

Oddly enough, the cheapest rate at my hotel tomorrow is a 'romance package' which includes champagne and a rose. That should be an awkward check-in.

Any boxers in So. Fl. tomorrow?

I've had that before when travelling solo. I rather enjoyed romancing myself with a bottle of champagne ;)

The Sheraton Maitland is quite nice and I'm looking forward to trying out the Westin Lake Mary in a couple of weeks.

Wow, congrats on that. My body seems to respond better to exercise (of any sort), and I look forward to getting back into it.

No interest in my anachronistic calendar? I'm surprised that not even collector extraordinaire Scott6067 expressed interest.

I must have missed a salient post (one of the rare salient posts) earlier today.

I meant to ask you about that. Fiancee showed an interest in Alli and I mentioned you as a source of knowledge on the topic.

I've had that type of deal at a few places. Free booze is free booze. :D

I do the exercise (e.g. racquetball) as well as diet.

For me, it's not so much the weight at this point (though I'd like to burn a little off), but rather avoid adding poundage down the road.

I have a 2010 bulletin board calendar (8.5x11 plastic sheet, pre-drilled thumbtack holes) that has the logos of CO, CM, and NW as SkyTeam members with the header advertising "Ten Great Reasons to Choose SkyTeam". You and Scott came to mind as potential demanders of such an item.

My GF didn't have as good of an experience with it, however icurhere2 appears to have hit on a discipline factor which may have been in play.

Quite frankly I would book the cheaper rate with extra alcohol as well.

I have traveled down said road. Broken foot in late 2008 really tore into workout routine.
