So apparently the people at my company like to drink.

Today at our monthly company-sponsored happy hour with two ice chests full of beer and catered chicken wings, the upcoming holiday party was discussed wherein it was mentioned that the company would be providing beer and wine only because of some slightly lower sales numbers so they didn't want to spring for the liquor. My co-workers were lining up who was bringing what in their respective flasks. :-:

They will buy anything. I've sold all kinds of assorted crap on Craigslist and eBay over the years. After I moved last year a lady offered me $20 for all of the empty moving boxes and came right over and picked them all up. Saved us the trip of hauling it all across the street to our trash collection area and got them out of our living room immediately after they were unpacked.

Ugh, I just realized when trying to upgrade tomorrow's flights home on UA I clicked to pay with 15,000 miles, not E-500s. My IAD-ATL CR7 flight is the only segment that has cleared. No way in Hell am I redeeming 15,000 miles for that. Guess I have to call UA tonight. :rolleyes: Can't believe I did something that stupid.
