the podcast guys were really bummed when i shared the news.

one went so far to say, jokingly, "but i'm entitled to that fare. i demand compensation!"

I love listening to the upgrd podcast while at the gym or on a long flight.

I must say I had a lot of pity for the recent guest who was a US elite. I wanted to show him the way to a better elite program.

The mobile lounges are still there and aren't completely going away. The new train system still wasn't open when I was there this week, despite promises it's opening in 2009.
