Sounds like some Australian for beer in there, too.

Morning, Box.

I personally subscribe to TMQ's theory on 4th down. His argument is that the upside of going for it on 4th-and-short generally outweighs the downsides of not converting. 4th-and-4 might've been a little too long, but the long-term odds favor 4th down conversions.

Agreed with this. And it is exacerbated when your defense is bad. Given that the Pats couldn't stop NO at all last night, it seems to be almost a non-decision whether to go for it or not.

My gf sent me an email from FCL in FRA, today is some sort of anniversary and they gave her a "special duck".

What makes this one stand out for me is the hefty optical zoom, optical image stabilization, and quick shutter time. Consumer reports has it listed as a "best buy" under the super-zoom category.

A close second right now is this one from Panasonic.

I know there are some big Canon Powershot fans here but after reading some articles about "lens fault", I think I may shy away from that brand.

The models I'm looking at are little pricey so if anyone has experience with these or cameras with smaller pricetags that perform as well, I'd appreciate it.

I wouldn't call the cameras you are looking at as pricey. That Canon problem was from a few years ago btw. It's hard to make a recomendation since the two cameras you are looking at are different in size. I would go with the one that is the size you want. The Sony is much larger. Sony has many cameras in the same size as the Panasonic. The true test of a camera is how good the photo looks on your computer. In the past Sony's have had a slight blue tint to them. Not really an issue as any photo program can easily remove that tint. The Panasonic's with the Leica lenses have very sharp and clear photos but in the past some colors, particularly orange and yellow have been muted.

G'Mornin', B:rolleyes:X! Getting a really late start to the day -- definite sleep issues here!

Son decided to skip 1st period (watching 'Dead Poets Society') in order to study more for a test!^

Am going to actually do some real work today.
Definitely feeling a bit frosty outside -- I know it's nuttin' compared to what's coming later in the season!;)

Aloha box. Happy birthday baglady.

Good news. For the past decade I've been struggling trying to determine who Thom Yorke sounds like. I finally figured it out on my way into work this morning: Casper the Friendly Ghost. @:-)

Prices for PRG are finally starting to drop (hopefully they keep going). IAH-PRG with a full day in FRA are $552.

Christmas is my favorite holiday. It's the only holiday I decorate for, and I really enjoy using my Christmas decorations. This year we are still in this rental while our construction takes place, and all my nice deocorations are in storage. So, we just bought a tabletop tree, ready dressed, from Costco :(

PRG seems to never drop much more than what you posted and, to my dismay, prices to the EU this winter are still pretty sucktastic.
