That would be preferable. I did ORD-NRT-CAN a couple months ago in C (UA to/from NRT, NH to/from CAN). In hindsight, I would've done the ORD-HKG non-stop and hopped a small flight to CAN.

At least if you can get on either of those routes on UA, they're in the new C seats.

Is this a new injury? I thought this was still a leftover thing from your surgery.

I know that it is possible to walk on two broken feet and not really know it, other than it kinda hurts. I was totally clueless that I had broken both feet at work and didn't go see a doctor for over a month when my left foot kept giving me issues.

Are you talking about their new seat or their old one. The new one looks to be terrible compared to the old one. I hope it's just a function of a poor picture in the app on their web site.

I look at it in this manner: you use your arms to open the door. You can stand, by yourself without a cane or crutches, therefore you are able.

Does anyone know whether/when UA opens up J award seats on these routes?

New; foot instead of ankle. I thought it was just a tightened tendon or something, but when it got to the point I could barely walk and massage was making it worse not better, I knew it was a bit more. Doc says it's because my ankle doesn't move enough and my gait being off from my most recent surgery :rolleyes:.
