Are you talking about their new seat or their old one. The new one looks to be terrible compared to the old one. I hope it's just a function of a poor picture in the app on their web site.

Old one. Website says not all A345s have the new one yet. If the new one is as lumpy as the photo suggests, I hope my BKK-LAX in March still has the old seats. :-:

I look at it in this manner: you use your arms to open the door. You can stand, by yourself without a cane or crutches, therefore you are able.

That was my thought; *AND* I speak English. I am not on crutches (or a cane).

New; foot instead of ankle. I thought it was just a tightened tendon or something, but when it got to the point I could barely walk and massage was making it worse not better, I knew it was a bit more. Doc says it's because my ankle doesn't move enough and my gait being off from my most recent surgery .

:(

Hope it heals soon!

I want the line, and they have booze (unlike MS). If I could survive PRG-JFK on OK, I think I can stay drunk enough to survive BKK-LAX.

That's from FailBlog. It was rated a "Win" IIRC.

OOOH! That's an idea - should I go with reflectors or light ups? ;)

I consider the response a very clear WIN.

AND expensive (like yachts*).

* At one time, I joked with the husband of one of my doctors that I was the person paying for the deck construction he was supervising.

Hypothetical situation ;). A traveller is booked in the exit row (RJ so no upgrade opportunity) and they break a bone in their foot; requiring wearing a boot. Pax is still willing and able to assist in case of emergency. Will pax get booted from the exit row? Co.com and ask Alex are unclear. WWTBD?

They may not let said person stay there. We arent hurt again are we??

Thanks! It will! In comparison, not a big deal, just an irritation.

Does anyone know whether/when UA opens up J award seats on these routes?

Sometimes IM lets seats trickle out early, and there's usually some that pop up about 14 days prior. You can see if they'll waitlist you on the routing you prefer.

Getting a refund on UA required a chat with a very nice native Eurasian.

I'm pretty sure that I followed the prompts at the time I cancelled the reservation (w/in 24 hrs) -- but who knows? I just kept looking for the credit & it didn't show, so I had to initiate an on-line refund request.
