We missed the cutoff, I was there early but went across the street to the Mac store because the front of the theater was empty from where I was on 67th and bway. I did not realize until I walked across the street and out of Mac store that people were lined up on the 68th side going all the way to columbus and around again.

I just canceled a reservation within 24 hours and the on-line site specifically asked me whether I wanted the refund credited back to the original CC. Getting a refund on UA required a chat with a very nice native Eurasian.

I know they give away more passes than seats, but xyzzy said last night was no problem, so I was not worried about getting there more than an hour from the show.
