Hope those individuals have a fridge in their office like I do.

Or complete test kitchens ;)

I told Plus1 not to get stuck. He told me the same.

FIFA is synonymous with shenanigans. The only question is which official is more corrupt. It is quite a competition.

FIFA is the staffing agency for some airline counters :D

That is why I said use miles. It aint cheap! Plus, since it is a eurobus, they may not sell anything but Y.

The Saturday Guardian, or the Observer?

I thought it was just called Guardian: Weekend. Don't recall. It's been several years since I lived in the UK, and my flatmate had the subscription. Great paper, though. Their travel section was always quite good.

I wouldnt worry about anything beyond IAH. Us folks up here can handle snow and have more than two deicing trucks and plows. :D

I'm a Mid Western girl by birth and have seen my share of real blizzards; and like you said, it could generally be handled. I don't recall school being closed for anything less than a foot. But I didn't walk to school barefoot ;)

When we get a bad weather report in the North, we just head for the airport and come down here. ^

I like to head to NH and VT or upstate NY in Jan, aka when there is a couple feet on the ground.

Beavers are finished -- Ducks to Rose Bowl -- how strange is it that USC can end up second in the conference now with a win on Saturday?
