Was far more than that, as the entire IB network was down, that could be a DDoS yes, but it doesn't mean that FT was even the target, they have an extensive network including owning vBulletin itself.

If the beer is a can and not a bottle and you put on a blond mullet wig, then you'd have the hat-trick.
