There's a cool bar called Marquis De Sade (at least there was back in 2005, when I visited). They sell a drink there called pivovitz, which is a spirit distilled from beer that will leave the floor spinning. They also sell a black beer with an alcohol content of about 22%. The propagation of hashish is also rampant in certain Prague watering holes.

Be sure to drink lots of Staropramen. Oh, man, do I miss that beer... The import variety just isn't the same (literally, the stuff there is at least twice as strong, and much tastier).
