So does the Elite desk ding you the booking fee if you're unable to complete the reservation online? :confused:
I chose the elite desk because electronic support has done nothing but aggravate me the last two times I have called. Looking at my reservation there is a Call Center charge x 2 equaling $30. :mad: Just noticed that "Separate Traveler" does not show up on this particular reservation either. |

They're not supposed to charge you if you are unable to complete the reservation due to a website limitation. Did you at least start the reservation online? If not, you will likely only receive 50% EQMs as well...

If you were unable to make the reservation on CO.com, the agent should have waived the phone booking fee. If you are still within 24 hours, it might be easier to just cancel and call in again and make sure they don't charge you the fee. |

I spent yesterday helping a friend of mine repair his porch and managed to get a massive splinter lodged in my middle finger. I was able to get part of it out but there is some still in there... Guess that's what I get for not wearing gloves. The heat was pretty bad by the time we finished at 4pm and we managed to drink a couple of gallons of water each. Soak your finger in water for ten minutes or more. this will make the wood swell and will make the splinter easier to get out. I concur with sfogate. Get it out, or it will hurt a lot more and could potentially turn nasty. Paging jrzyshawn or belynch....... |

We were extremely lucky and managed to escape the rain for most of the day. It spotted a little early this morning, but held up nicely throughout the rest of the day. I'm glad because we had a big outdoor BBQ (part Fathers Day, part "bon voyage" to our nanny who is going back to South Africa for a 6 week vacation, and to get her student visa). Everyone keep your fingers crossesd that she gets her student visa. If not, I'm well and truly up the creek without a paddle in terms of childcare! We adore her and will be devastated if she doesn't come back. |
