Just got a call from my son's football coach. He is currently being treated for a broken collar bone.

This will make his 4th broken collar bone. It's a family joke that he breaks one every 6 years. Except this time he's three years early. First two were on the left side and now it's the right side again.

Good thing is that it's only a 6 week injury and football season doesn't start until September.

Update on son: The ER Doctor called last night. My son's collar bone is broken in 4 places. It must have been one hell of a tackle considering they were in full gear. It has been strongly recommended that he see an orthopod for possible surgery to insert pins. Guess I know what I'm doing Monday morning.
