I loved that show but was constantly amazed by how many kids didn't know their basic geography.

Indeed. My mother used to teach a travel agent course for local night school, and her first exercise on the first night was to put a map of the US in front of everyone and have them label as many states as they could. A woman in the course could not find any states including New Jersey, keeping in mind that we live here. My mother politely reminded her that if she dropped the course on the first night, she'd get her money back.

The TV show was great, but the computer games were too simplistic.

And rightfully so. Who would sign up for a class in which you'd learn to sell travel if you look at a map of the country you live in and cannot point to where in that country you live?

Then again, my mother did once have an outside agent working for her who said the following on their flight home from somewhere:

"Why are the thunderstorms only on one side of the plane?"

WHAAAAT???

Does anyone know who you call about missing Travel Bank credits? I can't seem to find any Contact info on the Travel Bank page.

Not a direct answer to your question, but I just email [email protected] and they take care of it. Getting the credits usually takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, but they always come through.
