I'm trying to book a US Helicopter flight from TSS-EWR in September. I've been holding for 20 minutes so far. Apparently, the $59 rates haven't been loaded. First, the CSR said she knew about the rate but they were all coming up $100+ and now they're trying to get the flights loaded so that they can book it. We'll see if they try to charge me a phone booking fee. At least the CSR is one of the sweetest people I've ever spoken to at CO.

So I wanted to see how full 4915 was when it went out (before the flight yesterday, it was only showing about 15 seats booked). Now it says that the seat map isn't available for that flight. And if you look on the pda site for IAH-LAX, it won't pull it up; you need the flight #. Anyone ever see that before?
Also, it says departure gate of D-1, but terminal B. When I was at the gate for 1095, they were telling everyone it was a gate in B, so it's totally messed up. Interesting, this flight seems to be confusing everyone at CO. I assume the reason it is leaving outta D-1 is the fact that the plane is coming from Mexico. |
