In your example, jack the prices up for a holiday weekend. If the reservations don't come by the 7 day window, drop the prices so the lots doesn't end up full.

I have to be in SFO next week. Cars were $450+ for the four days. I booked at Oakland for $120 figuring I'd save $300 by taking BART. I checked again a couple of days ago and the SFO rates were down to $250. Tonight they're back at just above what they were at Oakland.

Don't buy Dell. :D

In other news, apparently the Stud Finder is back... only three weeks after I got married. Such poor timing.

There used to be service to Sugar Land, not on CO, but it was regional. Sugar Land got a runway extension out of it.

My agency-issued Dell D620 is meh as well. If I demote myself successfully, I'll get a new/newer laptop

I know not to get a Dell since I use have one for work. The current 2001 Sony never had any problems (well there was the few months of Windows ME ) Going for a netbook I suppose for the replacement as I also have a desktop and I never did anything beyond the basics with the the laptop anyway.

My friends and I use to take the stud finder and wave it across each other and say "nope, nothing"

How many 2001 Dell laptops do you know that are still going? I think I know why the Sony Vaio's cost so much now.

I just took the DIY Stud test and got 9 out of 10. Maybe that could be my next job. I could always ask my freinds former neighbor who's on DIY SOS in the UK what to do for an audition video.

I ended up with a confirmed rate for three days at $84.53 total, 2-5 July from LAS, 5,150 miles - no complaints at all.

^ What rental agency?

I ended up renting through priceline once I arrived in SFO and saved a ton.

 to XJT. During the PA announcement, the FA announced there would be no beverage service because of turbulence. There was not a single bump on this IAH-MFE flight. The FA sat and read the entire flight. To her credit she said you could push the call button if you wanted something.

I never find anything less than a 2004 Dell in the company trash bin.. although I did have a huge stack of Dmods laying around. I couldn't give them away.

9 out of 10 on the Stud test - pretty good! Hopefully you didn't miss the Man Cave question. :D I say go for the new job!

That would be the Avis (SkyTeam partner) promotion; getting that rate with Avis - most agencies at LAS are severely  - was fantastic.

I missed the question about starting a hard wood floor in the middle of the room that doesnt' have square walls and working out. I thought that was odd even though that's what you do with tile.

I hate that phrase Man Cave

In other breaking news, LaToya Jackson also died today. (You never saw LaToya and Michael in public together - I'm thinking "LaToya" was Michael's hot tranny mess fun weekend project.)
