The only thing that made me smile was that this couple got seated in separate seats, 20 rows apart and in the middle, on their next flight. They were also advised that if they got off their next flight they would be charge the add collect and change fee for any rebooking.

The "problem" with diving is that you're supposed to spend 12-24 hours not diving before flying again to avoid the bends. So you have to choose random islands like that carefully. Otherwise you could be sitting around for 24 hours ready to kill yourself. If I were going to dive that trip it'd be one stop somewhere for longer so I don't pay the 24 hour penalty too many times.
