One of the trams we rode in AMS the other day had a dispenser of chocolate eggs onboard. Only in Holland - can you imagine having that on the subway in New York or DC?

Not only would the chocolate be gone, but the dispenser also .

No, no. In NY the dispenser would still be there but the chocolate would be replaced by poo.

In DC they'd maintain the chocolate dispenser in immaculate condition and anyone that attempted to consume the chocolate on the train would be tackled, arrested, and thrown in jail.

I have one more impersonation of a CEO in mind...I just need the time to do the research.

Can you add a fee for purchasing a ticket, regardless of the sales channel?

Ask Ben Baldanza. He seems to think so.

Not bad, considering the 747-400 takes 168 hours.

I'm sure you could get at least 20 turns out of it on either of those routes.

It was an Easter Sunday gift from the tram company to its passengers.

On FT, "research" sounds like "send a PM".

I don't know that I would call that "thinking". And there are so many other surcharges he could "think" of.

We then went to the "smallest pub in Amsterdam" just off of Dam square. There ALCO and his British friends left us FTrs in the bar and disappeared.

Now my stuff was in ALCO's room. This was fine except for no ALCO. However, Rolov allowed me to stay in his place that night. The next morning Rolov and I headed to the Liedensplain at around 1pm and stopped at a cafe for lunch. The view of the canal was great, but the waitress was smoking hot. She leaned over me to clean up the table, damn. (Being a guy is decidedly great sometimes). She was blond and dutch. I think I am in love......The food was pretty good, I had a sandwich, while Rolov had a tostie and some soup.

We then headed to the Marriott to meet up with the rest of the FT crew. We all went to the dutch museum. ALCO finally showed his face to the world, and after the museum decided to go back to bed.

One note about the "smallest pub in Amsterdam." We were standing at another bar drinking when we looked across the street and observed a large crowd of people singing along to loud American music at the top of their lungs. The singing piqued ALCO's interest, and upon hearing a song that he apparently liked, he stampeded accross the street into the smallest pub in Amsterdam and began singing loudly along with the crowd. His British friends and the remaining FT contingent followed, and rolov got in line at the bar to purchase beverages. The rest of us conversed briefly with ALCO and crew, but before rolov could get a round of drinks, ALCO and the British contingent staggered out of the bar and into the streets of AMS. Essentially, ALCO was so moved by whatever song was playing that he felt the need to enter the bar, sing along, but then move along to the next locale immediately after the song ended and without consuming any beer. The FT contingent remained at the pub for a quick beer.

Good guess but incorrect. I have surplus aircraft that I picked up below market in the photog72 liquidation sale and therefore have a lower threshold for what they should be earning and where I can place them so as to get a good ROI. I'm in the middle of researching if my idea will work as we speak.

On the face of it, I don't mind unbundled pricing. It's when it gets taken to a toxic level that I have a problem with.
