Indeed. I wasn't even conscious at the time of "teh incident," (04:30am, apparently) but was passed out/semi-comatose in the upstairs loft.

I wonder if CO contemplated starting a fine for climbing into overhead bins? :D

Skipped on purpose. It was WAY too nice outside to bother with such things, even if it is cool.

Well, it looks like there is a 85% chance that my wife and I are moving to AUS in June. My wife already has more than 20 different job prospects, we could live in AUS comfortably on her salary alone meaning that me having a high paying job is not as necessary, making it easier and less stressful for me, and we can buy a house before we start having Mackie v2.0 running around. It's also close enough to all of my family who live in the AUS/IAH/SAT area of Texas, but far enough away that I don't have to feel like I live in the Festering Pit again.

We haven't said anything to friends or family, so I suppose this is a Box Exclusive™.

Nice. What does your wife teach?

Cold, with coffee the next morning. Breakfast of champions. I have a local winery that does a fortified dessert wine that pairs with that cake like you can't believe.

Are you sure that your jewelry buyer isn't on the UA forum?

Ouch. I would assume that the friend has been notified and a check is forthcoming.

Morning, Box.

sorry for leaving you guys after going through US Customs stage 1. My ride was waiting for me and had been for a while and I didn't know how long all of you would take with checked baggage and all.

No worries -- I figured it was something like that. I've never seen the IAH customs facility that backed up. Aside from having too few agents, they were all working so incredibly slowly.

Not sure if your wife cares, but Austin ISD and some of the surrounding ISDs require that teachers put their lesson plans into an IT system and the district directs which content is used.

I need to go back to bed and have the pleasant Box drinking dream again. Today has so far been :mad:

Actually, it was billed (to those looking for food) as, "Benny's Breakfast Bar" but when we got there, the part of the establishment that actually served food had clearly been demolished and was under serious renovation. It was a definite  moment.

I think I have fulfilled my AMS  quota for a good long while. Any future Netherlands holidays will be relaxing ones spent in Den Haag.

Also, to one of my UK compadres who nearly got me kicked out of the Hotel Pulitzer at 04:00am on Saturday.
