As soon as Wimax is available in Houston, I'll seriously consider it. I want to kiss AT&T DSL good-bye. I wouldn't even think about Comcrap.

Anyone have any three day weekend vacation suggestions for late April or early May anywhere in the US that actually has something to do? I need cheap flight so that means PHL departure.:( The following places are not on the list. Florida, LAS, SEA, HNL, SFO, LAX, BOS, MSY, and PHX.

Jump on one of those PHL-SAN fares.

Oh, and belated congrats to COFlyerCLE. :D ^ The next time you find yourself coming into LGA, the NYC/NJ crowd should do something around it.

Apologies to the Box. I have spent more time taking care of my 4 month old than perusing the Box. I won't apologize for the fact that she makes me very happy and keeps me away from the box when I am not at work. When she is happy - which is often, she smiles and giggles and just brings so much warmth to this father's heart. I can't seem to tear myself away from her. I think I am afflicted with AC syndrome - Addicted to Children.:D At least one child, for now.

When I was on the left coast the other week I couldn't want to leave, because of the stupid Comcast "virtual world" creepy commercials. Whiskey Tango...

I got home and saw one here. On Cablevision. What the deuce...

I seem to ignore those commercials. They're here in Houston. My wife noticed one last night and wonders how they could attract subscribers with an ad campaign like that. Glad I am not a subscriber.^

Charter apparently filters those ...

If you have common sense, you aren't in their target demographic.

That's awesome! Congratulations! ^^^

Thanks everyone, for all the good wishes. All the paperwork has now been FedEx'd back, and I already got a drug test in - so it has been a busy day.

It will make tomorrow's trip to MXP even more relaxing! I'll only be at EWR for a short time tomorrow, but I'm buying at the PC for any of you who are there between 5-6 pm.

And I'll be in the greater NYC area now and then, which means I'll be sure to plan some Box get-together time. Looking forward to it, in fact!

Very cool, I'm guessing this is the job in Westchester?

I'm, literally, like 5 min. away so if you ever want to meet up for lunch just ping me. And congrats on the job.

I would do DUB but the other half of this equation is in YVR and won't do that trip. I have been thinking about SAN. We just need neater places to go in this country. :(
