MSP is inconsistent. One week I'll get there and it's full of great cars — loaded GM sedans with active XM and leather and low miles, Volvos, etc. The next it's full of base model HHRs and PT Cruisers, and minivans in the Executive Aisle as "upgrades." I've seen this happen arriving on three or four consecutive Monday evenings, arriving about the same time each week. But it's often pretty good, and if the cars by the area near the door to the rental car counters aren't appealing, turn left and walk down the aisle toward the exit booths. I've found some great cars hiding down there before.

Just be sure to try and avoid the older guy with the beard when returning at MSP. He'll talk your head off, rather than just process the return and give you a receipt and send you on your way.

Looks like the time is definitely ripe for a Nexion membership. There's no ETA on restoring Routing Rules availability to KVS Tool :(

I despise the PT Cruiser. Fleet purchases aside, who buys this vehicle?

good thing my plat membership on kvs is about to run out.

Me too. I avoid it at all costs. The base model ones are especially bad.

I have yet to drive a Chrysler vehicle I really liked. Sure the Hemi cars have power, but the interiors are total blah, and they tend to have really poorly designed features like the downward pointing windshield wiper steering wheel stalk on the 300, which I always hit with my knee.

If I canīt get routing rules I need to get another program.

Good point.

I dated a girl that had one. It was symbolic of our relationship.

What's up with the Malibu MaXX? I've been stuck with that beaut a few times now. I've reached a point where if I see one of those bad boys lurking in my spot I'll take a downgrade to a wheelbarrow. Anything to avoid the MaXX.

We had a Dodge Nitro that was pretty decent. Good room for 4 people and luggage. Mileage sucked though.

What's wrong with the MaXX? I definitely won't buy one, but it wasn't a bad rental.

I find the seats in each Chrysler vehicle I have driven to be terribly uncomfortable.

Nexion is pricey, but gives you full GDS access, and they'll also provide you with queued ticketing. I'm going to give them a try once I've sufficiently researched the various "programming languages" necessary for effectively using a GDS (like Amadeus).
