I don't want to alarm anyone in the box, but I heard the following announcement this morning at T3 at JFK.

"Will the passenger who left the chicken at security checkpoint C, please return to claim your lost item."

Next time you find yourself down this way, let me know. I'll give you a place to go buy a few dozen and hold yourself over.

Tomorrow is my first flight on a CO 777 since 2000 (when I flew EWR-FRA on the multi-colored one). Definitely looking forward to being in BF on a wide-body after being banished to the EMB-145 every week. :)

I can't wait.

I'm excited now. The weather has cleared, and the client has to leave early today. My flight out of MSY isn't until 8:00 PM. So I could either hop an earlier flight, or go hang out in New Orleans for a few hours. I'm thinking the latter would be fun, since I haven't really spent any time in New Orleans since 1999. I'll be back for a full weekend a week from now, but I might as well enjoy this afternoon too.

Tropical Isle ----> Hand Grenade. Check.

Any Daiquiri Establishment ----> Large 190 Antifreeze Daiquiri. Check.

Congratulations! After this, you will have achieved the average BAC of the typical WN passenger.

Stop by NOLA and ask for an espresso martini. They make some good ones there. :) Enjoy!

Houston's NBC station is ruining 'The Office'...

the sound is off.

That's a darn good show, too bad tonight is the finale.

That sucks! I'm watching it now. I'll let you rent some time on my SlingBox if you want... :D

I'm sorry, but Thursday 8pm = Grey's Anatomy. :p

Grey's Anatomy is just a trashy soap opera wannabe. :p The Office, on the other hand, has some great humor!

Okay then. Let me change my response altogether. It should read like this:

"Hartmann, doesn't your fiance want you to watch Grey's Anatomy with her?" :D

sdm1130 May 15, 2008 8:41 pm

My girlfriend and I have it all worked out (she's a big Grey's fan). If we are together at 9pm on a Thursday, she goes into one room and watches Grey's and I go into the other room and watch The Office. It helps keep the peace.

baglady May 15, 2008 8:52 pm

Watched Grey's; nothing on at 9 because I'm not a Lost fan; though Mr. BL is watching it in the family room and BL JR and I are playing boggle jr while I watch Cheaters. The show is so bad but I can't help but enjoy it. I've never gotten in to the US version of the Office. ER has lost me.

MilesDavis May 15, 2008 9:02 pm

Tivo'd it all. Now I can sit back and watch them all! :D
