Bummer on the plans. It is interesting that US seems to be doing well by you now. Then again, the fact that they have fewer customers to deal with these days may mean that they can actually provide service to the ones they have left.

Actually went down to Tulum. Wasn't horrible. But I flew US, so, yes, masochist.

Considering Varig went the way of the dodo at the end of July and the trip was booked for the middle of August it was the best I could do. Blonder half is a teacher (who actually teaches summer school too) so we have a very limited window for vacations.

Resolution with US is that when they called to verify with TG they said the decision was "under review" so US' hands are tied. :mad::rolleyes::mad: (not to US, but to TG)
