It's bad enough I went on a milage run in 2007 to the UK for a long weekend (ended up not needing the miles) but I'm almost about to break and fall to this MR sickness I just noticed for $138 over my one remaining voucher, I can get an additional 4,467 miles on this one trip I'm planning. I have all of you to blame for this.

The coach believes that if you don't make practice, you don't start. The practices he missed were the ones scheduled during the Christmas break, when the family went to Hawaii to visit the relatives.

I have no idea why he was taken out of the game and mommies aren't allowed to ask anymore.

Ahh -- I missed the three nights per stay part. I stayed four nights. I almost never stay at one property more than two nights. After my lousy experience, I should have checked out the first night.

Ugh.

Finally got home after driving the TUS - SAN leg. I quickly realized that I made a mistake in not asking my wife to drive any from the ELP - TUS or TUS - SAN legs. I drove all but 250 of the ~1400 miles from HOU to SAN, and I was feeling it last night. We went to bed about 8PM and I feel better now, but I'm still not looking forward to work this morning.

In other sour news, I was about to pony up the $150 to change my reward flights to the DO to SAN - IAH, but the rewards are already gone. Kind of a bummer. :(

At least you're not out the $150.

Morning, Box. No coffee yet. Before I get coffee, I have to get this newbie over in that "Star Team" thread to understand what humor is.

Just got off an hour long conference call with the South Africa project team I am on (some located in Houston). What a bunch of sideline quarterbacks.

We had an issue a few weeks ago with the database where it was corrupted and the decision was made to turn the work that was functioning correctly over to the team in South Africa and let them do some upgrades. Well, on the phone call I keep getting questions about how my work on the corrupt database is going, so I answered quite bluntly, "What work? The database is dead in the water". One of the guys here in Houston then chimes in and asks if I tried to fix it and why I was unable to get it done (again, this had already been discussed at length a few weeks back).

Instead of looking ahead they focus on trying solve the issue for me. Rather than being proactive they fester on things we can get around.
