Hmmm. CityCenter has started taking applications. I wonder if the economic scene in LAS is worth a shot at this.

Perhaps. But I was commuting to SEA on a DC-10......often connecting from an AVRO....

:p

I had the pleasure of the -10 (UA) and -30 (NW), but not the AVRO (only the BAe 146).

Here's to hoping that jrzyshawn can snag an EUA and a companion upgrade..

Then you and MBM3 might like this old interior of a NW -40

Ahhh, you missed out on the CO DC-10s? I was on one of the last flights to ZRH before they swapped out.

Me neither. And for NH, too.

I still keep trying to get on one of the Browns charters when they use a 742 on their long trips. Still haven't convinced my buddy that it makes sense. :)

I really enjoyed my NH experience between IAD and NRT.

Yep. I never flew on any of CO's classic widebodies (DC-10s, 747s & A300s).

After my most recent flight on NH
I would still take SQ C over NH C
And with the A330 arriving to SQ for medium haul to Japan and certain Australia routes , their regional C product will
be much superior to NH on those routes too.

OK, so this kid is a Philthydelphia Phlyers prospect, but there's no denying his skills.

You didn't miss much with the DC-10's and the A300's. I really did not like AA A300s and my DC-10 experience is with NW, AA, and UA. I never really enjoyed being in them, except for the first time which was the one with the 2-2 big gap 2-2 seating in that one photo.

I wouldn't be surprised if US left the *A and went over to SkyTeam to cozy up to NorthWelta in the hopes of being acquired.

The only thing US was bringing to the *A was a great network in the NorthEast. CO has one that's not too shabby and there's more international options to/from EWR than PHL to pick-up feeder flights.

(Assuming they can stay in business)

Makes that decision easy.
