FlyerTalk Forums - The Penalty Box

It's a somewhat odd city pair and a very FT-esque way of getting between them. I'd be willing to guess that even some of the resident mile-hos passed on it for that reason.

Sucks when you find a nice international fare that doesn't work in reverse. SCL-BOG-MIA on AV for $72++ (I was finding about $280 a/i). I guess you could nest a few and burn an initial one-way reward with a program like BA or BD to secure several trips down to SCL, but it just doesn't seem worth it for AV.

Not that it should come as a shock to anyone here, but PHL-IAH is by far the #1 city pair in the FM for the Do/Meet/Thing.

Miami University is considered the cradle of coaches and arguably has a much more robust football tradition than the University of Miami.

That's because the fare was so much cheaper than EWR and worth the pain of getting to PHL. I'd rather have my 45 minute trip to EWR (time I leave door to hitting security line) than my 90 minute trip to PHL. I did the same for the last DO along with a few others.
