Thanks! I guess that's probably what I'll do then…if I can figure out what to do with my Thank You Points. It sounds like if I converted to another TYP card, they still might expire anyway.

Is it possible to get the $200 statement credit 3 times keeping the card 1 year?
For example:
Get card October 2015 and get 1st credit
use card in 2016 get 2nd credit
2nd year $450 fee isn't due until Mid January 2017 (Can I get this last credit statement in or will they not do that if they don't get the 2nd year fee?)
Thanks

Maximizing Citi Prestige value?
So, my annual fee is due next month, and I am debating on whether to keep my Citi Prestige card given the loss of the Admirals Club access, which is the main reason I applied to begin with. I also have an AMEX Platinum Business, and can justify the annual fee with the value of the FHR program, airline credits, etc...
I am having a hard time determining whether the Citi Prestige is worth it. Can anyone help outline why it is other than the fourth night free benefit, because I almost never stay in a hotel for more than three nights?

Same boat - I pay $400 annual fee. Deduct out the $250 travel credit, I see $150 as worth it for the liberal Priority Pass membership (no guest fees) and the very flexible travel insurance that can be used for award tickets when paying the taxes on Prestige. The roadside assistance seems good, too, but no use by me yet (thus, I assume it covers more or less what AAA would).
The portion of the Global Entry fee realized annually ($20) helps to bring that down more, and other benefits might, too - but harder to monetize up front.
I am disappointed with the Admirals Club going away, and especially the 1.6c AA Thank You redemption rate, but Citi is my bank and those benefits are still worth my net fee I pay.

That's what I ended up doing. They offered the 7X points deal and I took it. Won't be hard to hit the 35k max in the next couple of months with the trips I have planned.
