As of right now, SQ serves 28 destinations outside of Asia. CX serves 30 (excluding cargo only for both). To be clear, those numbers include Oceania for both. Granted, a few of those CX routes are seasonal. But the overall numbers paint an extremely similar picture. So do you think SQ is also a "regional player"?
pre covid CX was larger than SQ. CX destinations are pathetic as they are not even year round and the frequencies pale compared to SQ. ( NA exception but CX is still way smaller now than precovid) |
Hello All,
I just read that Heathrow Airport finally resumed offering Fast Track Arrival service - they only resumed Fast Track Departure service for premium class customers after COVID. I wonder if CX has resumed offering Fast Track passes for arriving premium class passengers? Many thanks. |

wonder why the same troll is still here for a year now, trying to slander cathay all the time (yes cathay is not perfect, no airline ever is), wastes everyone time
the best thing is just not to reply, but thats not gonna happen at this point |

Yet, this fact is described BY YOU as SQ being "Significantly larger than CX". Interesting to say the least. |

CX is still a shell of it's former self and lost a significant chunk of competent managers and leaders at the 2019 purge when Rupert Hogg was kicked out. I just point facts. I don't parrot Cathay propaganda lol. posters on here even refuted that CX has lost its slots for 777 9 deliveries and is not in the top 25. was proven correct.... |

I am just thinking how would CX support any additional flights because there is no new incoming aircraft?
they are running a schedule like budget airlines with very high utilisation and short turnaround time as compared to SQ or even QR. pretty common to have delays of over 20-40 mins for afternoon flights especially if you are on A330s. |
